My smart goals: To give young people from all backgrounds the opportunity to choose engineering as a career path through mentoring them to give them a better idea as to what it involves. To continually seek feedback from colleagues and flow students/academics when coming up with solutions to ensure that I don't make narrow minded desisions. To have open conversations with others about the implications of engineering desisions that affect people and planet .
