MY SMART goals; a) In my course research to be finalized this year 2022, I will ensure to identify ways in which the electricity grid can have reduced carbon emissions and provide the same information to engineering businesses. b) I will continue to encourage girls to joining STEM careers and increase the contribution of women in designing for sustainability c) In my day to day work, I will continue to look for ways to be more sustainable and ensure to champion them in my workplace
